Folders and flags show in every mail app: Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail. The active folder holds only what needs Rob. Everything else goes to a loan folder. Nothing is deleted.

Phones notify for the Inbox by default. Turn on notifications for "1 · Action" in your mail app, or you may miss urgent mail.
Save — takes effect on the next email
Change it any time. When the active folder changes, the agent moves the current live items to the new folder. That move is also reversible. The agent tracks folders by ID, so renaming a folder in Outlook breaks nothing.
